Return Policy We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. Refunds will only be approved if the insoles have been tested for a reasonable time of at least 30 days.

To initiate a return, please contact us using our contact form. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll promptly evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Please note, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.

Refunds Once your return is received, a refund excluding shipping costs will be processed to original method of payment. Please allow 2-5 business days for the funds to appear.
